Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Our services include utility system checks, general safety inspections, and security oversight.

Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and grant us access to perform the inspections. You acknowledge that our inspections are visual and not exhaustive assessments.

Liability

While we strive to identify obvious issues, we are not liable for any undetected problems or subsequent damages. Our reports are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.

Payment Terms

Our services are customized are billed in consult with the client. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. Any prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arizona.
